My-Pro-Doll Challenge 2020

The origins of the My-Pro-Doll challenge are shrouded in mystery. It is said that to understand the naming of the challenge, one really had to be there when the challenge was first conceived. Participants needn’t, however, concern themselves with the name of the challenge but rather with achieving the seemingly simple goal. And yes…There is a pattern here; FASYG challenges do appear simple on “paper” but are surprisingly tough when the “tekkie hits the tarmac” (or trail).

In order to complete the My-Pro-Doll Challenge a participant has to run all the FASYG weekday training routes in both directions during the month of February. Simple! (or not). The routes are all Strava segments and can be downloaded here. As 2020 is a leap year the challenge now includes at least one running of the 3 towers route during the month of February. The route will be published later. As an alternative to the 3 towers route participants can elect to do Little Bastard – with irritations in both directions. This route will also be published soon.

Additional rules are kept to a minimum to keep things simple. You may not run more than two routes on any week day and you may not run more than one route on a weekend day.

Good Luck!!!
