Recognition is awarded as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gorilla Bronze &#8211; 7,500m <br>Gorilla Silver &#8211; 10,000m<br>Gorilla Gold &#8211; 12,500m<br>Gorilla Platinum &#8211; 15,000m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winner is the person with the most elevation in the month.  This year the challenge runs from 01\/09\/2020 through to 30\/09\/2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can access the leader board <a href=\"https:\/\/geekiegroup.com\/fasyg\/home\/glb\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basic Rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All efforts must be on foot.<\/li><li>All efforts must be outdoors.<\/li><li>Strava corrected elevation is what counts.<\/li><li>Efforts must be posted on Strava within 2 hours of completion.  (Exceptions approved by the race director)<\/li><li>Maximum two efforts per day.<\/li><li>Lunch hour rule &#8211; Maximum 1 hour between 8am and 4pm on a working day.
