The origins of the My-Pro-Doll challenge are shrouded in mystery. It is said that to understand the naming of the challenge, one really had to be there when the challenge was first conceived. Participants needn’t, however, concern themselves with the name of the challenge but rather with achieving the seemingly simple goal. And yes…There is a pattern here; FASYG challenges do appear simple on “paper” but are surprisingly tough when the “tekkie hits the tarmac” (or trail).
In order to complete the My-Pro-Doll Challenge a participant has to run all the FASYG weekday training routes in both directions during the month of February. Simple! (or not). The routes are all Strava segments and can be downloaded here.
2025 sees the introduction of a new Challenge Director. Rumour has it that he is even more of a stickler for the rules then the previous director. You have been warned. Do not deviate from the official routes!
